Tribal Fitness Slam balls are made of tough rubber and are filled with sand with reinforced air valves. Weight ranges from 3KG – 30KG.

Premium textured rubber is designed to make it easier to grip even on sweating hands. The hard-shelled durable rubber creates a dead bounce without rolling away and are able to withstand high impacts of throws and slam.

These slamballs workouts are great for building power. Gives you a total body workout engaging your core, legs, back and arms not to mention a great way to take out stress too.
